Being an entry-level bike, Yamaha Crux comes assembled with conventional braking system. The front and rear brake are of dia 130mm, drum type. Sometime you may not get expected results with these kind of brakes but if used cleverly and simultaneously, they make the rider pretty safer.
As far as shock absorbers of the Yamaha Crux are concerned, it has got front telescopic fork and rear swing arm type shocker. In fact, good suspension system is very much necessary in the bikes as we Indians are used to ride the bike on road and off-road as well; here we need those efficient suspensions which not only absorbers the potholes but also provide support to the chassis.
