Hakka Noodles is a very popular dish served in Indian Chinese. Let's say Haka Noodles, they completely fill up your plate.


Ingredients for Indo Chinese Haka Noodles:

  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • salt according to taste
  • 2 packets Chinese noodles
  • 1 tsp Tobasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic and green chilli paste
  • 3 bunches of Spring onion finely chopped.
  • Chinese Vegetables- Chopped long and thin slices.( Cabbage, Capsicum,

  • Babycorn, French beans,Olives)
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto 
Method to prepare Indo Chinese Haka Noodles:

  • Boil water in vessel and add little oil and salt. Then add the noodles and cook till they get soften.
  • Take noodles out in a bowl and cool it by pouring cold water in it.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and add ginger-garlic and greenchilli paste and add the chopped spring onions.
  • Add all the vegetables and stirfry for sometime.
  • Add all the sauces, spices and ajinomoto and vegetables in a bowl.
  • Add noodles to the vegetables and mix well.
  • Add the rest of the spring onions and mix well.
