Yummy and tempting flavor of icecream. Orange icecream is hard to resist particularly for its tangy and sweet flavor.
Ingredients for Orange Cup Ice-Cream:
- 1/2 pint (250ml) double/heavy cream
- 1/2 pint (250ml) single/light cream
- 2 oz (50g) sugar (more if you prefer a sweeter recipe)
- 2 cups of fresh orange juice
Method to prepare Orange Cup Ice-Cream:
1.Take some 12 oranges (cut off the top 1/4) and freeze the orange shells in the freezer.
2.Gently stir together the cream, sugar and orange juice and then beat until creamy. Fill frozen shells with the ice cream mixture and refreeze.
3.Thaw slightly before serving.
