Bean salad is a great way to derive the health benefits from beans. Beans are a good source of protein, they're full of fiber.
Ingredients for Bean Salad:
- 1 tin- baked beans (fresh red beans, boiled)
- 2 Capsicum chopped
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 Green chilli chopped
- 1 Cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2tsp red chilli sauce
- 1tsp salt (ATT)
Method to prepare Bean Salad:
- In a bowl add baked beans, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, green chilli, cucumber, fresh coriander, chilli sauce and salt.
- Mix well. Garnish with coriander. Serve chill.
