Ingredients for Bean Salad:

  • 1 tin- baked beans (fresh red beans, boiled)
  • 2 Capsicum chopped
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Green chilli chopped

  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 2tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1tsp salt (ATT)
Method to prepare Bean Salad:

  • In a bowl add baked beans, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, green chilli, cucumber, fresh coriander, chilli sauce and salt.
  • Mix well. Garnish with coriander. Serve chill.
