It is a simple recipe prepared with the mix of chicken, mayonnaise, almonds and celery.
Ingredients for Chicken salad:
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method to prepare Chicken salad:
- Heat a frying pan.
- Place almonds in it.
- Toast over medium-high heat, shaking frequently.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Toss with chicken, almonds, and celery.
- Chicken Salad is ready. Garnish with sliced green onions.
