Mushroom soups can be very tasty if they are done well. this soup will be good in taste and as well as low calories. Do not puree it to a very thin consistency. The soup should have a smooth texture. Bring it to a boil, correct the consistency by adding more milk if required.

Ingredients for Mushroom Soup:

  • Chopped Fresh button mushroom – 250 Gms
  • Chopped onion- 4

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water- 6 cups
Method to prepare Mushroom Soup:

Cook mushrooms and onion together until soft, add salt and pepper to it cook for 2 min. let it cool and then blend it in a liquidiser. Give it a boil, serve hot.
