Ingredients for Italian soup :
- Tomatoes 10
- Boiled macroni 1 cup
- Water 8 cups
- Ginger 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Parsley to garnish
Method to prepare Italian soup :
Turn off the gas. When cool enough, churn it in the mixie.
- Take a cooker. Cut the tomatoes and put them in cooker with 1 cup water and ginger paste.
- Take a whistle on high flame and then cook it on low flame for 5 min.
- Now take a pan, add 8 cups water, tomato mixture and pasta to it.
- Now add salt & black pepper according to taste.
- Cook for 10 min on high flame.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with ketchup.
