Totally delightful to eat this very spicy and good looking recipe.It has a right combination of spices that makes it difficult to resist for those who love spicy touch.


Ingredients for Red Chilli Chutney:

  • 10-12- dry red chilli
  • 5- Tomato
  • 5-6 -clove garlic chopped
  • 1- Onion 
  • 1 1/2 tsp-rai

  • 10-12- curry leaves
  • 1tbsp- oil
  • 1tsp- salt (ATT)
  • 1tsp- coriander powder
Method to prepare Red Chilli Chutney:

  • Soak red chilli in water for 4-5 hrs. In a blender mix red chilli, tomato, garlic and onion, blend well and make a smooth paste.
  • Now in a pan heat oil add rai, curry leaves, coriander powder, tomato red chilli paste and salt.
  • Cook till it leaves the side. (If u wants u can also leave it uncooked). The chutney is prepared both the ways.
