Most of us do not like drinking milk. Even many kids do not drink milk regularly. Even I used to hate milk when I was a child. The sheer smell of it used to make me feel sick. These days finding pure milk is also a puzzle but you may check the milk for its purity at your home. Here we tell you a very easy method. Take any vessel and keep it in a slanting position. Now put some drops of milk on this slanted vessel. Let the milk come down at its own. If the milk comes down with a flow, that is, without stopping anywhere, then it is not pure. On the other hand if it flows with difficulty and leave some spots behind then it is pure.
 
 
For strong bones and teeth
Milk is a rich source of calcium. And all of us are very well aware of the fact that calcium is a very important element when it comes to the growth of bones. The deficiency of calcium can cause certain diseases like rickets or osteoporosis. Your bones may turn weak due to lack of calcium.
