Have you ever noticed your mother or wife that how she eats or how well does she take care of herself. Most of the time they are running to complete one task or the other. Very rarely you will see a housewife who is sitting comfortably and munching some healthy food.Women often forget to take care of their health while cooking for their family or balancing other kind of household work. They have been even noticed many times  for skipping their important and healthy meals. They take care of their kids, husband, parents but often neglect the health of their own.  But every woman should remember this fact that she would be able to take care of others in a better way only when she herself remains fit and healthy.And this is possible only through a healthy diet and lifestyle. All women should eat healthy if they have to stay fit and work. Let us take a quick look at some of these healthy eating tips that can be useful for every woman.
   
Always eat a moderate proportion :
The amount of food also plays a key role in one’s health. We should neither eat less food nor we should overeat. Eat when you feel hungry. Don’t just keep on munching the junk foods in between the meals as this will kill your real hunger. Also we all know that these junk foods have bad effect on our health in the long run. So make it a point to always have a healthy diet and that too in a moderate proportion.  
 
 
 
 
Eat healthy food :
Our health is the mirror of what we eat. So if you will eat healthy food your skin will be healthy, your hair will be healthy and overall you will be a healthy and happy woman. Try to include more and more green vegetables and salad in your diet. The vegetables, various fruits, grains should be a regular part of your healthy diet. One should limit the consumption of deep fried food and also the sugary items.
  
 
Start your day with heavy breakfast:
Breakfast is the most important healthy diet of the day. Your breakfast should be healthy and heavy. It provides you the energy for the whole day. If we take heavy breakfast in the beginning we feel energetic and stay active throughout the day. Our breakfast should consist of a full big glass of milk so that our calcium needs should be fulfilled. Besides there should be a boiled egg for providing the necessary protein . Plus there should be a fruit or two so that you get vitamins also. If you are a working woman then take lunch from home so that you would not have to satisfy yourself on junk food or the other canteen foods. Make a simple rule that you will always share the dessert plate with somebody instead of eating all by yourself. Try mustard instead of mayonnaise. Make it a choice to always go for the healthy but less oily food.
  
 
Say goodbye to your bad habits :
 
If you want a healthy life you will have to say goodbye to any bad habit of yours. If you are into taking alcohol then leave it today. Quot smoking. Initially you may just limit yourself  to some little amounts or to few days only. Do not eat in hurry. Always concentrate on your food when you eat. Do not watch TV or read a book while you eat. And once again, go for a healthy diet and do not be greedy for that roadside food or the other junk foods.
  
Simple nutrition tips :
There are certain tips that will help you stay fit and healthy. Do not starve yourself,that is, take small meals in between the time of big meals. This will save you from eating all of a sudden and that too in a big amount. But make sure that these small meals of yours should be the homely healthy things. You may also make healthy snacks at your own recipes. For example a bowl full of peanuts or a simple veg sandwich or a glass of juice and so on. These things will keep on providing you energy and your body will work well.Remember that  Intake of calcium,  iron, calcium and vitamin D are very necessary for any woman so make sure that you take them daily.  Go for fruits like oranges, apples and bananas which will provide you iron and vitamin c.
  
 
Do some exercise :
Walking is the best exercise and I think that all women can do it anytime they want. But the best option would be to walk in the fresh morning in the fresh air. This will keep you fit and will also help you to stay active.
 
 
 
 
 
Drink lots of water :
Make it a habit to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. You should not  be dependent on the sugar based drinks. You may make fruit juice at home or may enjoy healthy milk shakes and drinks.
  
 
 
 
 
These health tips are not difficult to follow and if you will follow these habits even for a week or so you will observe a healthy change in yourself.
