Most of us do not like drinking milk. Even many kids do not drink milk regularly. Even I used to hate milk when I was a child. The sheer smell of it used to make me feel sick.

Every day we have to go to office and every day most of us take our lunch in the form of the same old oil laden parathas. Some people prefer to eat in the office cafeteria while the others munch on the roadside junk food. Worst of all some people totally skip their lunch in order to save themselves from the fear of cooking. The mid day meals or our so called lunch is very significant for our body. It provides energy for the long stretching hours at work. The junk food does no good to our health and instead, is quite harmful for our health.

Eating salad is one of the simplest and healthiest food habits that all of us can follow easily. Whether it is a fruit salad or a vegetable salad but one thing is for sure that every salad recipe is easy to prepare. Modern cooking recipes as well as salad recipes have gone through certain changes. Some of these changes are good for health while the other have bad impact on our health. For example, these days many salad dressings involve food items like chicken strips, butter with high levels of fat etc which negate the health benefits of salad.

All of us should know that “how much” we eat does not matter as much as “what” we eat. If we are into healthy eating then surely it reflects on our health. In short how we look is directly proportional to what we eat. Most of us are encountered with hunger pangs when we are sitting idle. In such a situation we often run for the closest packet of chips, wafers or some other fast food and this is where the actual problem begins! We do not differentiate between the healthy food and the unhealthy one.
