The Motorola ZN5 or MOTO ZINE ZN5 comes with a smooth finish and comes with curved edges. The MOTO ZINE ZN5 comes with an embedded keypad which has an even and smooth finish.The left side comprises with the microUSB slot and the 3.5 mm jack, also used as a TV-out.On the opposite side of the phone there is the volume controls, the keyboard locking slider and the camera shutter keys. The handset weighs 114 grams. Above the keypad of the solid bar shaped handset there is a navigation key which makes gliding through the menus easy for the user complete with main menu and short cut keys. The Motorola MOTOZINE ZN5 is relatively quick to operate. There’s a light lag when opening menus and applications. The call quality is good and the voices at both ends are loud and clear. Only the monotony and the light sharpness were somewhat annoying. In terms of loudspeakers the phone's performance is above average. The battery time provided by the handset is just awesome.

It is an elegant, modern and user-friendly phone. Camera is very fast. Long battery life. Sound quality is good.

The back lid is very hard to open. No 3G. No high-quality video playback. Poor image quality in low lighting conditions.
