Dell Streak to be launched in India in October 2010
Newly entrant mobile handset manufacturer, Dell is all set to foray into mobile phone market by the launching various mobile phones in the Indian market.
The company is ready to launch its new Dell Streak table-phone in India by October 2010. The new phone is a handset with tablet like features 5-inch touchscreen with 800 x 400 resolution, solid browser and powerful 3G phone based on android. According to some website reports that the new Dell Streak is expected to be priced of around Rs. 30,000. will be offering its smartphone cum tablet Streak this October in India.
This news is coming directly from Michael Tatelman, Dell Vice President for Global Consumer Channel Sales & Marketing. The phone lacks the navigational trackball found in other Android devices and FM Radio. The internal memory is available with 512 MB ROM and 512 MB SDRAM with 2GB non-user accessible MicroSD, can be expand up to 32GB with one microSD slot.
The Camera of Dell Streak tablet phone is equipped with 5.0 mega pixel with video LED, Dual LED flash on back and Front facing camera on top. The Connectivity option is also fitted with Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, GPS with A-GPS.
