Catherine Zeta-Jones to play Cleopatra in Broadway show

Actor Catherine Zeta-Jones is planning to return to Broadway as Cleopatra in a new rock and roll musical. Zeta-Jones is developing a stage show about the ancient Egyptian queen with her Traffic director Steven Soderbergh, reported Contactmusic. "I just finished a movie with Steven Soderbergh and we have an idea - actually it was for a movie - to play Cleopatra. It's a rock and roll musical movie, but we think it would just be fantastic on Broadway," she said.
